Instead, our growth has been by conscientiously acquiring like-minded companies that value relationships like we do in both their employees and customers. We talk about the prospective seller’s needs for the future. Not only the value of the company but many times they want a phasing-out plan to pursue retirement or other things in life.
Or sometimes the seller doesn’t want to continue to work at all. Each situation is different and each agreement for each party is tailored so that things are done right. This is why we are successful in carrying on the legacy of the companies we acquire.
